UC San Francisco Ombuds Office Expands Service with New Extern

Kathy Biala will begin a six-month internship with the UCSF Ombuds Office in July 2012 working primarily at the university's medical facility in Fresno.


Biala is a Registered Nurse with three decades in clinical, teaching, consulting and leadership roles in nursing in California. She has completed IOA training and passed the first examination towards an Ombuds certification from the IOA. (Milestone MMA.)
