The private, liberal arts college in Iowa has opened a search for its first Ombudsperson. The position will report directly to the President and serve the College's students, faculty and staff. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree; a master's and/or experience in dispute resolution training or Ombuds experience is desired. Minimum of 3 years of related experience is required.
