Hanan Sabea, who was appointed as the first Ombuds for AUC about six months ago, has helped resolve a conflict involving buildings and grounds staff. According to a campus newsletter, the staff members went on strike last fall over their uniforms. Sabea led a committee that negotiated new uniforms that the staff helped select.
