The primary responsibility of this position is to provideproactive leadership in the overall planning, implementation, maintenance,evaluation, promotion, technical and user support of current andnext-generation web-based instructional and access services including theLibrary webpage, electronic reserves; course management systems, onlinedatabases and information resources. This position requires technical work atthe intermediate level in the design, development, analysis, implementation andmaintenance of web-based applications.
The assignment includes teaching a one-unit course eachsemester and participation in the development and assessment of studentlearning outcomes for reference services, credit bearing information competencycourses, library orientations, workshops, research guides, and tutorialsoffered in on-campus, online, and hybrid modes.
